We are an unconventional church moving forward in this 21st century and unrestrained by religious perception of what "church" is supposed-to-be. We are determined to pursue God and to walk fully in the glory that He has mandated for us. We are not afraid to step outside of the box for the cause of Christ, and we are THAT generation determined to re-present him on earth. We stand on this fact, according to Genesis 1:28; God has called us to be FRUITFUL, to MULTIPLY, to REPLENISH the earth, SUBDUE it and HAVE DOMINION. We're not playing--we are here to TAKE-OVER. Joseph T. Hackett, Apostolic Overseer
Senior Pastor
Joseph T. Hackett, a native of Philadelphia, PA is a specialist in At-Risk Youth Behavior after studying in North Carolina and Ghana, West Africa. He is a noted author, entrepreneur and motivational speaker. Hackett is CEO/President of Access Regional Taskforce (ART).
Pastor Hackett is an Apostolic Overseer covering 30 churches, leaders, and businesses in both the United States and in Africa, specifically in Nairobi, Kenya and Uganda. He is also Senior Pastor of The City Of RefugE (The C.O.R.E.) in Richmond, Virginia. His greatest ministry is Intercession as he prays the mind of God into the earth realm. His passion is that the Body of Christ realizes who they are and what power they have in this world and trains believers to know the depth of God. Hackett avails himself to the Body as an example demonstrating the power of God in these last days. In addition, Pastor Hackett advises marketplace leaders on how to use kingdom principles to sustain their businesses. Hackett is submitted to the apostolic covering, his spiritual father, Dr. Ann L. Hardman.

Pastor Lacy, Prophetic Overseer
Alaysia Black Hackett of Florence SC, is anointed as a Servent of God, and sent as a prophet in the land. She earned both her BS in Sociology (2001) and Masters of Public Affairs/Administration(2002) from Western Carolina University.
Pastor Lacy (affectionately called) is a Levite who is called and ordained to usher the Glory of God into the earth realm by any means necessary. Pastor Lacy has availed herself and her giftings to the Lord to uproot the demonic strongholds that have held the people of God and make an eternal deposit of Jesus Christ into all that will hear. She is a Prophetic handmaiden whose life is totally submitted to the work of God. She is noted for her ability to prophetically flow as a psalmist, as she leads congregations into the most holy realms of the spirit. She was ordained Elder and consecrated pastor in 2004 by her spiritual father and covering, Dr. Ann L. Hardman.
As a woman, Alaysia is submitted in loving devotion to her husband, Joseph T. Hackett and is the mother of two beautiful children, Empress-Imani and Lorde-Sebastian. As an artist, she is currently completing a compilation CD. As a producer, she is often found in the studio writing and producing other artist under her production company, SistahPastah Productions and Management.

THE CALL [Access Through Holiness]
To Teach, Train, and Empower people to know their priestly identity in the Kingdom. To expand the Kingdom of God apostolically over territories regions, subduing the purpose of Christ through conferences, revivals, seminars, strategic intercession and church planting. As we live a life of integrity (holiness) before God and men, our job is easy and we pass every test with sweat-less victory. Thus, we have access to all resources and blessings because of his holiness.
GOALS
Build a strong local church by reaching, preaching and ministering to thousands of people in our region
Establish and build large strong campus ministries on college campuses in Richmond, VA
Establish intercessory prayer networks
Build a network of businesses, highlighting the marketplace ministry of the Sons of God
OUR STAND
In January 2003 while returning to Asheville, NC from Philadelphia, Pastor Hackett stopped at an exit off I-95 and heard God say that this was the place that he was supposed-to-be, Richmond, VA. While excited, both Joseph & Alaysia were nervous because they were to be married in a few months. This Abrahamic move would mean to leave what they thought was a well-planned life. In addition, neither knew anyone in Richmond.
In August, after Pastor Hackett had relocated to Richmond, God birthed Leviticus Ministries, a ministry focused on teaching and training in effective prayer and strategic warfare, as well as, revisiting the original plan of God. The Levites were the worshipping priests; those who guard, protect, lead in and are responsible for the glory in the temple. The "priest" were definitely back on the scene.
After their wedding in October, Pastor Lacy arrived and they visited with churches in the city excited about being apart of a ministry that was serious about change. It had to be radical, word-based, apostolic in force, prophetic in depth, and most of all, effective. In April 2004 after being frustrated, hurt, scared and disappointed, they sought the council of Dr. Ann Hardman, an apostolic vessel that they not only admired, but trusted with their lives. Dr. Hardman agreed to cover the Hacketts as they continued to search for a local assembly, but encouraged them to seek Gods ultimate plan. In March 2005 after much prayer and consecration, Leviticus Ministries began having weekly bible study at VCU. In August 2005, they moved to bi-weekly Sunday services at VCU. February 2006, they began having bible study in the home. It wasnt until August of 2006 that they began calling themselves a church.
The City Of RefugE (C.O.R.E.)
Numbers 35:1-15, gives a description- a prophecy - of the purpose and the call of this church "Command the children of Israel, that they give unto the Levites of the inheritance of their possession cities to dwell in; Then ye shall appoint you cities to be cities of refuge for you. Jesus announced, at the foundation of his ministry, Repent (change your way of thinking) because the Kingdom of God is here. The responsibility of this local assembly is to establish and advance the Kingdom of God in Richmond, VA. It is to cause people to go face to face with their maker and make a decision about what they will do. The C.O.R.E. is a church built on prayer and the Word of God revealed. As we obey this, we fulfill our assignment to impact Richmond.
When God commissioned us to come to Richmond, He gave prophesy of the revitalization of the city. As we heard God speak concerning the establishment of the local church, God simply says to us "Release the Fire." Fire is biblically symbolic to the presence/power of God and the essence of the Holy Spirit. We also understand that fire is passion. It is hot, burning, consuming, blazing, lethal, shining, and powerful. Our drive is to be so passionate about God and his work that we become hot, burning, consuming, blazing, lethal, shining, and powerful. In essence, we embody scripture that says he sets us all, his ministers, a blazing fire (Psalm 104:4). We become the fire, or illumination, of an Almighty God. Therefore, we teach, preach, and worship passionately with intensity and drive. In addition, as we gain air, (breath revelation) from God, we pick up momentum and become even more intense. It is our goal to literally ignite the city with the Fire (influence and passion) that God has deposited into the believing Christian. God says in Joel 2 that he will pour out his spirit. We are the conduit of that spirit- that fire that will display Jesus for the world to see.
The core of the earth is fire. That blazing inferno creates an atmosphere that fosters livable life on earth. Just like that core of the earth releases fire, God has called this local assembly to position itself inside the city, the heart of Richmond's vicinity, and release fire that will change the atmosphere of the entire city from one of carnality to one of Godliness. This change will happen systematically by design as those that are Christ's hear and obey God in their individual spheres of authority adherent to Biblical Principles. We set ourselves in position to be in a place of instruction so that these principles are taught and carried out effectively.

LINK is a group of like minded leders, businesses, churches, ministries and organizations that are apostolically covered by Pastors Joseph & Alaysia Hackett. The purpose is to provide all covenant members with spiritual counsel and Godly support. This is not a denomination, rather, a network of end-time leaders walking out their assignments in their prospective areas, (i.e. corporate, community, fashion, dance, music, ministry, etc.)
